If a suitable regulated market venue is not operational within 12 months of deployment, Three T's will instruct an accredited Validation and Verification Body to formally assess the generation records. The Vrè Parfé passport already exceeds VCM data standards. VVB scope is significantly reduced because the chain of custody from hardware to ledger contains no human steps.
